Rodrygo not interested in leaving Real Madrid this summer -report

Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo Goes is not interested in leaving the club this summer and will remain a madridista even if Manchester City decide to submit an offer for him during the next two weeks, according to a report from Cadena SER and The Athletic.

“He doesn’t want to leave, he wants to keep winning with Real Madrid and doesn’t want to sign for any other club, no matter if that’s Manchester City or anybody else,” indicates Cadena SER’s report.

Rodrygo started Real Madrid’s first official game of the 2024-25 season against Atalanta, but it looks like he could be battling for that starting spot all throughout the season, with talented players like Arda Güler, Brahim Diaz or Endrick potentially deserving some minutes as well. Still, it seems that Rodrygo is willing to bet on himself this year, so coach Carlo Ancelotti will have a lot of depth for his attacking line.
